To face the obstacles of today and tomorrow, we need leaders at every level. The Leadership Challenge® gives everyone the tools—including the LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory®—and practices to model the way, inspire a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, and encourage those around them.

Target Audience:
This leadership development training is for a group of any size and in any setting. Built on James Kouzes and Barry Posner research-based model, "The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, Workshop" is designed specifically for:

- individual contributors,
- those who hold formal leadership roles, or
- people in organizations who have the capacity to lead and influence others, but don’t have formal
management responsibilities.
