Beginner level
Description:
This training program is a great starting point for any young person, who seeks an experienced support to start their preparation on the
pathway of developing a wonderful career.
You need to start an internship or prepare to apply for your first job - I can be your helping hand and buddy in this great pathway to learning
and success.
• Format of the course:
This training is developed in two levels, in order to give best support according to the specific needs of the target audience.
Delivery method:
- Several Live On-line Webinar sessions.
- Mixed: Webinar and Classroom.
- Class-room environment.
• Facilitation Language:
English, Bulgarian, Russian.
• Target Audience:
Level - 1 / for pupils, who are at the last grade of the school.
Level - 2 / for university students.

COACHING
Getting to the top, or achieving your target and goals, is a fabulous achievement. But staying at the top and maintaining good performance and high positive spirit is even bigger challenge.
As in the sport world, once a performer has set a new standard of excellence there will be others (the competition), who would be eager to challenge you and surpass your achievements.
In order to maintain exceptionally good achievements and be innovative companies and their teams need to continually looking at areas to refine and improve. Thus, the Coach can work with team individual team members and the team as a whole to support the sharp eye and spirit of continuous improvement.
